👉 Take a stroll through Museum Gardens – impressive ruins surrounded by beautiful greenery + walk behind the York Art Gallery into the gardens there (all free) – includes Roman remains👉 Jorvik Viking Centre –

Takes about an hour and is really fun.👉 Castle Museum – very impressive recreation of old York – streets, buildings, schools – worth it:
