π Take a stroll through Museum Gardens β impressive ruins surrounded by beautiful greenery + walk behind the York Art Gallery into the gardens there (all free) β includes Roman remainsπ Jorvik Viking Centre β

Takes about an hour and is really fun.π Castle Museum β very impressive recreation of old York β streets, buildings, schools β worth it:
